Tokens:
Each movie you download will deduct tokens from your account, and you will be told how many tokens remain in your purse.  You can download as many movies as you like and fill up your purse at any time to get more tokens.  Remember, you are downloading the movie to keep.

Video Player
all videos are encoded for Windows Media Player and are zip archived so they can be downloaded to your computer.

Browser problems:
If you have a problem downloading the files, try another browser and be sure that your firewall is not enabled.  The system uses a referrer method and will not work if your firewall is enabled.  Norton Internet Security can also cause download issues.

Firefox, Netscape and IE all work well with this system...

FIREWALL issues: If you experience the problem of receiving only a small file, or being sent to the sign up page after clicking on the link to download the movie, you may be behind a firewall. You will have to temporarily disable the firewall to download the videos. This includes the Microsoft Firewall available with Windows XP SP2.  For instructions on how to disable a Norton Firewall, click here

Download accelerators / "site suckers"?
Please do not use any utilities such as these to download your files, they will not work. The file can only be downloaded in one of two ways: either by clicking the link that is displayed after you make your purchase and letting it download to the default location, or by right clicking or control-clicking/mac and "saving target as"...  - Download Monitors - Programs such as GoZilla! and NetZip are not compatible with our server and will sometimes block or stop downloads.  This includes the MSN Download Manager.
- Anti Virus Programs - These will try to stop or scan a download. It may cause the download to be corrupt or damaged.

Why zip up the files? Instead of charging you each time you watch the movie, you actually download the movie to your hard drive. You keep it for the one price you pay and then you can watch it whenever you want. Zipping it ensures that the file is downloaded to your machine, and not streamed off of this server.

How do you save the files? After you enter your username and password, the browser will prompt you that you are about to download a file. Take note where you copy the file. It is generally a good idea to copy it to your desktop. Once the transfer is complete, go to your desktop and double click the file. Another window will open and you will see the movie by double clicking on the file.

The pages aren't showing up?
Simply emptying your cache will solve this problem on i.e. 5 and higher. it's located under your internet preferences.

High Speed Connection is Advisable!! ...The videos are large and it is recommended that you have a highspeed connection: DSL, Cable Modem, T1 or something suitable.
